Nintendo and Converse Team Up For Mario Kicks

Converse has unveiled some shoes that will make everyone jump a little more similar to Mario. Or at least feel like it. These new Chuck Taylor’s, being released in July in Japan, are to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Mario and will come in white or black. They feature miniature Mario on the outside, the Mario Bros. logo on the tongue and a “starman” instead of the Converse star. No word on pricing or whether they will be coming to North America yet.
